
Aitana Gorostiaga
At 25, Aitana divides her time between Asunción and Helsinki, building bridges between Latin American education and Finnish pedagogical innovation. She is currently a master’s student in the Changing Education program at the University of Helsinki, where she plays an active role as a student representative and advocate for the international student community. She is part of the HELSUS Sustainability Science Centre network and has participated in academic conferences on education and sustainable development, conducting research on the situation in Paraguay within this field.
A graduate in Educational Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción and a specialist in Social Sciences Teaching (CLACSO), she has gained experience as a secondary school teacher and as an academic and teaching assistant in higher education. Her career combines inclusive pedagogy with the management of academic programs focused on student well-being and educational quality.
Aitana is also a documentary photographer, with projects exploring memory, identity, and daily life. Since her teenage years, she has been an activist within the Paraguayan student movement, championing youth participation and educational equity. Her profile integrates research, teaching, and cultural management in pursuit of transformative education for young people.

Mauge Molinas
Passionate about documentary filmmaking and experimenting with new technologies. At 24, she has worked on everything from festival management and the revitalization of historic spaces to the creation of audiovisual pieces with a strong visual identity.
A graduate of the Film program at Universidad Columbia, she combines directing, narrative editing, and motion graphics design to bring artistic projects to life.
She has worked as an editor and animator for festivals such as AsuFICC, led communications and photography for cultural revitalization projects like Cine Cañisa, and participated in university collectives that promote independent cinema. Her background is complemented by artistic residencies and experimental labs, where she explored technologies such as Augmented Reality and film archive preservation.
Her notable projects include her thesis short film Reflejos del Tiempo (Reflections of Time), which explores the relationship between aging and gender, and her participation in the Tranvía 13 residency, where she exhibited her audiovisual work during “Noche de Galerías”.
She is proficient in post-production and animation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects, and is highly proactive about sharing her knowledge.
